Videos not streaming or unable to download since yesterday?

Hi,
I cannot stream videos via the cloud i.e. live view works but I keep getting the black screen when trying to view them. I can watch them if I upload them to the cloud and the live event videos work fine.

I’ve rebooted and reinstalled the firmware to no avail. Is this anything to do with the latest iOS update 17.1.1? Maybe the app needs a new update?

only time I've seen this is when my hotspot plan maxed out for the month and was rate limited to slow speeds

There was an acknowledged issue by Blackvue that affected some users in certain countries. It has since been resolved.
