Hi, I've tried to change loop time from 1 minute to 10 as I needed video evidence for an accident, and only records 1 minute at at time, once I've changed to 10 it says successfully changed settings, yet when I go back and look it's still on 1 minute
Do I have to reset everything for this to change, also I turned audio on and keeps going off

Are there any other settings that cannot be kept? Or only loop recording cannot be set to 10 minutes successfully?

I've only tried to change the loop and volume, both reset back

Try turning the camera off and then back on again using its power button, after making the change.

I don't really recommend 10 minutes, the files become a bit big for some people, including our police, to manage. 3 minutes is a good compromise.

Are you changing the setting through the app or on the camera itself? If through the app, try on the camera itself. Be sure to press the ! button to confirm each setting change.

Reset the camera by pressing the R hole on the side of the camera for seconds or choose Default Setting on the camera, then try to change the settings again.
