Why are the cables on the A139 pro so ugly?

I have been looking at good quality dashcams without pointless screens that dont break the bank. The Viofo 139 pro stood out with its starvis 2 sensor in the front and starvis in the back, and pretty reasonable price ($280 on Amazon with the hardwire kit included). But man, is this thing ugly. The cables have these needlessly bulky connectors and come straight up from the body, making it difficult to hide behind the rear view mirror. Are there any options for alternative cablong they is more aesthetically pleasing?

The video cables have the smallest connectors you will find on any dashcam, and the power cable has a standard USB-C connector.
If you are using 2 channels then there are only 2 cables, which can be tied/wrapped together so that there is only one vertical.
It would be nice to have a cable-less dashcam, but that is not going to happen in the foreseeable future.
