GPS has stopped working

Need some assistance.. installed the B2M about a month ago, and initially the GPS symbol turned green and functioned properly. Now it continuously stays red and no longer tracks my position or speed. I have unplugged the GPS connector and verified on the screen that it recognizes it no longer connected. Any one else experience this? Other than that, I am really enjoying this system. And a few of my riding partners are wanting to get one now. Thanks in advance!

Possible to open the GPS module and see if it was faulty welded?

Would rather not tamper with it while still being able to return it or have something replaced under warranty ‍
