Remove Vantrue S1 pro from gps mount

Hi to all. Long term lurker with my first (and what I hope isn't idiotic) question:
I have just purchased a Vantrue S1 pro and it came with the gps mount already attached to the cam body. I gather that ideally it's best to attach the mount to the windscreen and allow to cure for 24 hrs before attaching the camera body. The gps mount seems firmly affixed to the camera and I can't find any info anywhere as to whether the mount can be removed once attached. Does the mount slide off or is it fixed once in place?

The GPS module/windshield mount can be disconnected from the S1 Pro front camera body. You slide the camera body to the right and it disconnects from the electrical connectors and then you can fully slide it off of the mount.

Thank you very much-I didn't want to apply too much pressure without confirmation it was locked with some kind of sprung clip. Very grateful.
