A119 mount question

Am I able to slap this camera on the inside of my side window and have a good field of view? I couldn't tell if the camera bends up enough on the bottom to film straight...
 
Yes, so that means the lens will be level with the ground if I put it on a side window and I can film straight out the side...
 
So to be clear, on a side window that goes straight up, the lens will film straight out the window...not pointed towards the ground?
