Hello @viofo - I purchased my Viofo A129 Plus Duo from Amazon US, on 28th September 2022. It has functioned very well until Mid November 2022 and used to obtain a GPS signal after being turned on.
Recently, however, the GPS receiver module appears to have stopped working. On playing the videos, the Speed and Location information are now missing, having been present when I first started using this.
I constantly get a message on screen telling me ‘No GPS’ while the GPS function is ‘On’ in the Settings Menu ( I've checked the GPS function is 'On' on the dashcam). The 'No GPS' message remains regardless of how the unit has been on for, i.e., it never obtains a GPS signal.
