Emergecy lock

Does the emergecy lock button save the recorded file before it was pressed along with the file that was recording at the time it was pressed?

If, so, does it also save the file after it was pressed?

If press the lock button within 15 seconds begins of the current file, it will lock the previous file, if within 15s at the end of current file, it will also lock next file.
