Low profile windscreen mount

Long time lurker, I have two DVR-XX7s and one I am in the process of hard mounting in a panel in one of my cars.

But the other one I would like to mount to the windshield behind the rear view mirror. Is there a good quality suction mount that I can buy that will make the DVR-XX7 mounting position a little lower profile? The mount that comes with it is awful and is constantly moving around and just looks like crap.

If you want the lowest possible profile you'll have to sacrifice the suction cup and go with a sticky mount... Something like this:

I used one of those but instead of permanently sticking it to the windshield I used 3M Dual Lock tape (also branded as Scotch all-weather Fasteners) so that I can remove it whenever I need to. When removed, you can only see the small piece of fastener glued to the windshield. It works like a charm with no movement or vibration whatsoever.
