Lukas 7950 Wifi Duo no speed display

Hi,

I bought my Lukas 7950 a few months ago and it has been working fine with the exception of a few display glitches e.g. the time will not synchronise, always an hour ahead. I have not upgraded the firmware. Yesterday it was working fine, last night it rained heavily and car was outside. This morning there was no display. After much switching off and and back on again, the display came back but no speed will display. Everything esle appears to be fine. I went in to the settings on the app (i phone 5s), reset the default dsiplay but no speed will display.

Do I:
a) try to upgrade the firmware
b) take it back to fitters/vendors and ask for a new one?

All and any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hey @benignb

First lets check if your GPS module is working correctly or not.

Can you look at a video from you camera after driving for atlas 5-10 mins and see what the GPS indicator is showing.
Look at what letter is showing where the arrow is pointing to in the screen shot.
A= GPS Connected.
F= No GPS connection
V= Attempting to Acquire a GPS signal
