Here are some sample videos from my drive home tonight. They cover a wide variety of lighting conditions, including overcast, heavy rain, direct sunlight, and dusk. Using Lukas LK-7500 w/ GPS; firmware version FC37.
For some reason, the settings reverted back to defaults, which were 1280x720 @ 30 fps, 8 mbps. I have since changed it back to 1920x1080 @ 30 fps, 11 mbps. Despite the quality being less, the picture looks pretty good. I think I found a good balance between road and hood. I read that a 40% hood / 60% road and sky is the best to get optimal lighting going into the lens. What do you think? Do I have too much dash and not enough road?
