My eBay Fake G1W Samsung??

I purchased this from a seller on eBay which does not have the item listed anymore (will post info later) and it was somewhat cheaper and basically it was not good to begin with, first sending me an empty package and giving me the wrong tracking.

This g1w that I got today has many problems.

1. Even though it states on the box it saves as .MOV, it produces .AVI files.
2. The chip is glued on so I can't look at the back.
3. Samsung is on the front of the chip.
4. LED light is ALWAYS ON. There is NO OPTION to turn it off.
5. Timestamp is purple???
6. Version 20131018 (I have not seen this one)
7. Other users have reported always on LED with this firmware.
8. Sound is not good, only works when in front.

I know this was posted a while ago , but on my fake to turn the LED on/Off, hold the Mode button till it turns off or on. (top right hand button as you look at the screen side)

That method didn't work. Found out it is definitely a fake due to having no hdmi port.
