Remote button for A229?

Is there a remote button for the A229?
I saw the attached image but the A229 isn’t listed.

That is the one for all of the current model VIOFO dash cameras including the A229.
 
I am confused. I was reading on the Viofo website and the thread said, the remote isn’t compatible with the A229 that I just bought.
 
VIOFO released that Bluetooth button before the A229 was released. The product description was updated to include the T130, but the description is so long it appears to chop off the newer models in the list of supported models like the A229 and the A119 Mini. It’s the Bluetooth button listed on the A229 and A119 Mini sales pages as one of the available accessories for those dash cameras.
 
Oh ok. Thanks. I will email Viofo to confirm. Who knows maybe someone made a typo? This might help others as well.

I have one of the RM100 Bluetooth remotes in my car. I had it paired with my T130 dash camera. I put my A229 Duo back in my car and powered it up, long pressed the RM100 remote button to initiate the pairing of the remote with the A229. It paired successfully. I was then able to press the button on the remote and the A229 said "video protected" and showed the yellow triangle lock symbol on the screen. I confirmed the currently recording normal mode video files were placed in the DCIM\Movie\RO directory.

The VIOFO RM100 Bluetooth remote does work with the A229.

I've used my fairly ancient button with my A229 as well. It just worked as expected.
 
I've got one with my A229 and it works as well. Initially it didn't, but after a firmware update the A229 added support for it.
 
My A129 remote control button worked with T130 3CH and A229 Duo from day one.
Firmware was installed on A229 Duo: FWA229A_V1.0_0511.;)
