Viofo A119 V2 Hardwire suddenly stopped working

Hello,

I'm using Viofo a119 V2 with HK2 kit. Over 2 years had no problems, but suddenly the hardwire power stopped worked.
The camera turns on using the lighter port with no problems, but when plugged to the hardwire it doesn't turn on.
Checked the fuse - it's ok. Checked the voltage in the mini USB port and it's 5v as it should be, meaning it delivers power.
Anyone has any advice what can it be?

I would check the wiring from the camera back to wherever you tap into.

Change the fuses to tap the cable in. If not help, the hardwire kit may be defective now. Then you may need to buy a replacement: https://viofo.com/accessories/19-51...40wr1-car-camera.html#/28-hardwire_kit-normal
