Hi may i know what is the cause of this part(incircled) it burnt out. Thanks

3 pin part right next to the reset switch. 3 pin parts are usually transistors, but the location is not giving me any clues as to its purpose. Your best bet would be to find a picture of an undamaged circuit board so you could see the markings on that IC.
 
I guess that it is a voltage regulator that has had more than the correct 5 volts put into it. Did you connect it to 12 volt power?

damn you're right sir. i accidentally turned up the dial of my powersupply to 12 volts. Thank you for your reply.

There is a high probability that you fried more than just the voltage regulator. If you can identify the part, it would be easy to replace, but there is a low probability that replacing that alone will fix the camera. Given how much time would be required to try and fix this, it is probably more cost effective to just replace it. At this point, fixing the camera would be something you do for fun, not to save money.
