Card problem

My 522 is now in its 5th year and so far been problem free, that is until a few days before Christmas where is stated that “no card was inserted”,
So I bit the bullet and purchased a next base 32 mb sd card.
I’ve reset the camera, gone back to basics, formatted the card , and still the problem persists.

Which seems to indicate the 522 has had it

Going one further, I can still view and down load onto the My Nextbase pc programme, it’s now just the 522 itself that is not seeing the card although it appears quite happy to use it.
