Mini5. Red diode.

Mini5 V2_DDR. One day it didn't turn on. The red diode is shining. It is not determined by the computer. I didn't find any information on recovery on the Internet. If anyone has information on how to restore, please share it.
The only thing I found was such a tool as RKDevTool, which supports rv1126_rv1109
rv1126_rv1109_SDK mentions usb_boot mode
